“Don’t Be Blindsided” – Meeting planning topics that can impact your bottom line

Presenter:  Shane Doyle, lead Tax Auditor, City and County of Denver

This program will address those meeting planning issues around tax exemption status.  In addition to Mr. Doyle’s presentation, we will have a panel of hotel accounting staff to answer questions regarding issues that can blindside you when the bill comes.

PARKING:  There is plenty of onsite parking available – at no charge.  There are some parking slots available in front of the hotel.  If you are there early enough there you should be able to find a spot.  There is NO valet service available, but you can drive up to the front door if you need to drop anyone off and then go park.  There is additional parking in back – there are ramps available to take you to underground parking.

BOARD ROOM:  Jefferson room, 2^nd floor, at the top of the stairs – go right.  If you take the elevator, exit to the left.

LUNCH ROOM:  City Lights room, 2^nd floor, at the top of the stairs – go left.  If you take the elevator, exit to the right.
