True Colors

Color lingo is a personality inventory system that uses colors as metaphors for understanding human characteristics. Color Lingo is a quick and fun way to better understand your own communication preferences, and better understand the other color types.  Participants are able to apply the color system immediately, and will remember the color-coding easily.

We’ll examine the joys, values, needs, strengths, stresses and frustrations of each of the 4 color preferences.  Each participant will identify his or her own work style preference.  Then, through a variety of targeted small group exercises, we will develop strategies to improve communication with all color groups:

• Meetings
• Working Environment
• Giving Directions
• Giving Feedback
• Assigning Tasks
