Luncheon Meeting Times:

Registration and Networking: 11:00 – 11:50 a.m.

Lunch and Announcements: 11:50 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.
Program: 12:25 p.m. – 1:20 p.m.

Wrap-up/Evaluation: 1:20 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

PARK  in the parking structure – we will have vouchers at registration for parking.  They will also have the west door open so everyone should be able to walk right into the conference area and we are the 1st room.  It is not recommended to park in the 1 hour parking, you may receive a ticket.

Join us for our annual Committee Fair which includes a short presentation on our Mentoring Program.  The Committee Fair consists of meeting and greeting different members representing our 6 committees and their subcommittees (Check out the list here: http://www.sgmprockymtn.com/get-involved/).  This will help you get to know the different behind the scenes functions of our chapter and encourage you to find a way to get more involved!

We will also have a short presentation on our Mentoring Program where we will showcase the different options we have for individuals to get involved in mentoring each other and being mentored.  This program is designed to help individuals get more out of their SGMP membership by pairing them up with others to encourage closer relationship bonds, discuss resources more in depth, and have a “go-to” person for questions, concerns, and ideas.

We will also be collecting donations for the 2018-2020 Chosen Charity: Sacred Heart House of Denver.  They are in need of many items including hygiene, cleaning items, gift cards, and more.  Sacred Heart House needs list.
